This is a widely used standard structure sintered wire mesh. It is a porous sintered material which is made of five layers of stainless steel wire according to different structures, and then sintered, pressed, rolled and so on.
Characteristic:
- wide range of filtering accuracy. From 1µ-100µ, all have reliable filtration performance.
- The filtering accuracy is stable, because of the protection of the upper and lower layers of wire mesh and the sintering process of diffusion fixation, the filter layer mesh is not easily deformed
- Good strength, due to the fourth, fifth layer as support, inherent high pressure and mechanical strength.
- Easy to clean. Because of the use of surface filtration materials, with the characteristics of easy cleaning, especially suitable for backwashing.
- High temperature resistance, Due to the use of SUS316L materials, so corrosion resistance is high.
- Easy to process. Suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, drawing, welding and other processing conditions.
